We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused Project Coordinator  with Construction experience to join our growing head office team.

This is a newly created position supporting our Construction and Operations teams and is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, coordinating multiple moving parts and making sure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

You will work closely with clients, Site Supervisors, Project Managers, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors, helping ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. Coordinating construction documentation, project milestones, client updates and subcontractor compliance are second nature to you.

What you’ll be doing

Construction & Project Coordination

• Prepare Occupation Certificate (OC) documentation and builder compliance certificates.

• Coordinate with engineers, consultants and subcontractors to obtain required compliance documentation.

• Track outstanding certificates and approvals to keep projects progressing.

• Assist with project handovers and ensure regulatory documentation is completed accurately.

• Maintain accurate project records and monitor construction milestones.

Operations & Client Coordination

• Provide regular project updates to clients throughout the build process.

• Coordinate manufacturing, delivery and installation schedules for modular homes and granny flats.

• Liaise with the factory, suppliers and construction teams to keep projects on schedule.

• Coordinate communication between clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams.

• Schedule meetings, prepare minutes and follow up outstanding actions.

Safety & WHS Administration

• Maintain WHS documentation, registers and project safety records.

• Coordinate SWMS, site inductions, licences and contractor compliance documentation.

• Monitor subcontractor licences, insurances, White Cards and safety certifications.

• Assist with incident reporting, hazard registers, corrective actions and Workers Compensation documentation.

• Coordinate toolbox talk records, safety meetings and WHS audits.

• Liaise with Site Supervisors, Project Managers and subcontractors to ensure WHS actions are completed on time.

About you

You will be someone who takes ownership, follows things through and enjoys being the person who keeps projects organised and moving.

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in project coordination in construction

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and document management skills.

• Confidence communicating with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.

• The ability to manage competing priorities and follow up outstanding actions.

• An understanding of construction documentation, compliance and WHS requirements.

• Strong computer and administration skills.

• A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
