About your new role

Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with the Management Team and external clients, the Estimator’s responsible for calculating the total cost and duration of a project inclusive of Materials and Labour, ensuring they negotiate to produce the best combination of quality, time, and cost for Superseal.

• The Estimator will also be responsible for liaising with principal contractors throughout the Perspective, Tendering and Construction Phase of the project.
• The Estimator is responsible for the accurate tendering process of all new projects and for the review of any changes throughout the project that impact on quality, cost, resources and timeframes originally specified.

• Current Drivers Licence
• White Card & First Aid Certificate highly regarded
