Factory Labourer (Immediate Start)

Due to continued growth, we are seeking Factory Labourers to join our manufacturing team in Springvale. These are casual positions, typically working Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm. However, start and finish times may vary depending on operational requirements. Additional Saturday shifts may be available based on operational requirements. There is an opportunity to move into a full-time permanent role after 3 months for the right candidates.

This is a physically demanding, hands-on role working with concrete and steel in a busy factory environment. Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with the manufacture of components for the building industry

• Operating hand and power tools

• Lifting, moving and handling materials safely

• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

• Following workplace health and safety procedures

• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

• Reliable, punctual and hard-working

• Physically fit and capable of manual labour

• Willing to work with concrete, steel, dust and noise

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to follow instructions and work safely

• Casual positions with consistent hours
