We are seeking talented chefs and kitchenhands to join our dynamic team at Coast Roast Cairns Central. As a Full Time and Casual Chef or Casual Kitchenhand, you will be an integral part of our thriving hospitality business in the heart of Cairns.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing high-quality, fresh meals in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

• Ensuring all food preparation and serving activities are completed to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation

• Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain efficient kitchen operations

• Assisting with stock control, ordering, and inventory management as required

• Contributing to a positive and supportive team culture

• Providing exceptional customer service and promoting the Coast Roast brand

What we're looking for

• Relevant experience as a chef or kitchenhand in a fast-paced hospitality environment
