About The Opportunity
As a result of continued growth and success we are seeking an experienced Workshop Team Leader to oversee a team of service repair technicians ensuring daily operational excellence for our Milwaukee repair centre. You will need to be a strong people leader who will design and drive the implementation of continuous improvements in line with best practice.
Reporting directly to the QLD Service Centre Manager you will be situated at our Service Centre in Carole Park, QLD and your day to day will include:

To be successful in this role you will need to have strong leadership experience and an ability to motivate and coach a small dynamic team ideally within a fast-paced environment workshop or service repair centre environment.
You are technically minded and enjoy working with all types of power tools and have a hands-on, can-do attitude in addition to the following:
