About the role

We are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to join our Melbourne Disputes and Investigations team.

In this role, you will provide high-level support to a Partner and a number of lawyers. You’ll be part of a busy, close-knit and growing team working on complex, high-profile litigation and regulatory matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing documents and files across multiple matters
• Preparing court documents in all jurisdictions
• Compiling and managing briefs to counsel
• Liaising with clients, counsel and external parties
• Managing e-filing processes and court portals
• Overseeing diary and email management
• Assisting with monthly billing and account reconciliation
• Handling digital dictation (limited)
• Coordinating travel, flights and accommodation

About you

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, ideally in a law firm
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach and sound judgment
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
