We’re currently searching for an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our head office in Nerang, Gold Coast. This is an on-site position, so we encourage candidates who reside in the Gold Coast area to apply. Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally managing incoming calls and inquiries.

• Welcoming clients with warmth and assisting with their needs.

• Ensuring smooth operations through accurate data entry.

• Supporting online order processing, dispatch, and logistics.

• Providing general administrative support and handling ad-hoc duties.

What You Bring:

• A positive, friendly demeanor that welcomes everyone.

• Detail-oriented mindset to maintain operational accuracy.

• Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.

Working Hours: Available for 30-40 hours, 4-5 days per week with flexible timing, including occasional availability on Saturdays.
