The Opportunity

This opportunity is with a global top-tier law firm, supporting a floor of commercial litigation partners. In this role, you'll gain exposure to high-profile global matters and invaluable experience, working alongside a supportive team including a dedicated biller, paralegals, and fellow secretaries.
  
The Role

To provide an expert level of efficient, client-focused legal secretarial support to the partners by ensuring they have appropriate administrative support for their work activities. This is a varied role, though not considered overly demanding given the level of team support in place.
  
You

We are seeking a Legal Assistant with at least 2 years' legal experience. To be successful in this role you must be adaptable and have the ability to work as part of a team and interact with people from different backgrounds to achieve common goals. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Diary and inbox management
• Travel coordination
• General administration
• Ad hoc support for partners as required

• Full-time, office-based role; some secretaries are given ad hoc work-from-home days
• The partners are approachable and easy to work with, fostering a relaxed team culture
• Salary dependent on experience: Up to $112k package
• Discretionary bonus scheme in place, based on performance
