We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and proactive Operations Administrator to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, improving office processes and playing an important role in helping a busy team succeed.

Reporting to the Director, this role will support the day-to-day operations of the business and help ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our operations team to deliver an excellent standard of service to our valued clients and contribute to Bee Safe achieving its business goals.

·        Assist with customer enquiries and requirements in a professional and helpful manner.

·        Manage competing priorities with strong time management and attention to detail.

·        Monitor & manage multiple portals for clients & compliance systems.

·        Liaise confidently with staff, customers and suppliers.

·        Bring a problem-solving mindset and a positive, can-do attitude to daily tasks.

·        Support the operations team so they can deliver exceptional service to clients.

·        Maintain office resources and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and workflow support.

You will be confident working autonomously in a busy office environment and comfortable taking responsibility for tasks. You will bring excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude and a genuine desire to contribute to a supportive and successful team. Previous experience within a trade or facilities management would be beneficial.
