Project Green Group (pgg) is one of South Australia's leading providers of arboriculture, vegetation management and environmental consulting services. Through our businesses, Austral Tree Services and Project Green Consulting, we deliver professional tree management solutions to government, commercial and private clients.

We're looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Operations Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in coordinating daily operations, supporting our field teams and consultants, and ensuring jobs progress efficiently from enquiry through to completion.

This is a fast-paced role that suits someone who enjoys variety, thrives on organisation and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate the daily schedules of our Project Green consulting arborists.
• Assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day operational planning and workflow.
• Manage the administration of jobs through to completion.
• Liaise with clients to confirm bookings, communicate progress and respond to enquiries.
• Coordinate resources, documentation and information required for scheduled works.
• Monitor job progress and ensure information is accurately maintained within our management systems.
• Work closely with estimators, consultants, operations staff and finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare reports, correspondence and operational documentation as required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve administrative processes.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in an operations, scheduling, administration or coordination role or industry is ideal.
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers and clients.
• High attention to detail and excellent computer skills.
• Experience using job management SIMPRO software (or the ability to learn quickly).
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
• A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience within construction, arboriculture, maintenance, facilities management or a field service business will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
