We now have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, experienced professional to lead our David Jones concessions in Sydney and Melbourne. Based at our Elizabeth Street, Sydney CBD, you'll be the senior point of contact for both locations and for David Jones leadership.If you're someone who's passionate about fashion and can provide skilled leadership across two concessions at once, we'd love to hear from you.
Key duties and responsibilities:Lead, develop, and performance manage the teams at both Sydney and Melbourne concessions.Set clear targets and priorities across both locations and keep everyone aligned to them.Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs across both teams.Build a strong team culture across both stores, with real collaboration between them.Drive sales performance and hit commercial targets at both concessions.Benchmark Sydney against Melbourne to find what works and share it across the business.Execute the sales strategies and action plans set by the Retail Director and head office.Grow the CRM database and build the VIP client base across both locations.Monitor and report on sales, customer service, accounts, and logistics for both stores.Manage stock holding, inventory integrity, and shrinkage across both sites.Maintain consistent brand standards and visual merchandising in both concessions.Hold thorough, up-to-date product knowledge at all times.Act as the primary contact for David Jones leadership across both locations.Build strong working relationships with David Jones stakeholders, from partnership level through to the shop floor.Respond quickly to David Jones directives and trading conditions at both sites.Represent the Christian Louboutin brand with professionalism within the David Jones environment.Keep operational procedures and policies aligned across both concessions.Ensure compliance with HR, WHS, and brand guidelines at both locations.Resolve operational issues quickly and provide leadership continuity if one site needs support.
The ideal candidate will:Have 4+ years of store management experience, ideally in a concession or multi-site environment.Have proven experience managing multiple retail sites or an area.Show strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving sales.Lead, develop, and inspire teams across more than one location.Manage senior stakeholder relationships with confidence.Think strategically while staying hands-on and operationally focused.Understand retail operations well, including inventory, compliance, and reporting.Bring genuine passion for luxury fashion and represent the brand with credibility.
