The Opportunity

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding customers through their Polestar journey, from their first interaction through to delivery and beyond.

You'll be someone who naturally connects with people, takes pride in exceeding expectations, and is motivated by achieving outstanding results while delivering a premium customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Acting as the dedicated point of contact for your customers throughout their ownership journey

• Building meaningful relationships and delivering a seamless, personalised experience

• Achieving vehicle, finance, and accessory sales targets through exceptional customer engagement

• Maintaining strong post-delivery relationships to encourage loyalty, advocacy, and repeat business

• Representing the Polestar brand with professionalism, passion, and integrity

About You

You'll bring:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-focused sales environment

• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

• A genuine passion for delivering remarkable customer experiences

• Drive, resilience, and a strong sense of personal accountability

• A current unrestricted Driver's Licence and Sales Licence
