We are looking for a passionate Remedial Massage Therapist to work alongside our team of 28 clinicians, dedicated to enhancing the lives of the Central Coast community. This role is ideal for a high-performing and motivated individual looking to advance their career.

We are seeking therapists who:

• Are committed to excellence in Remedial Massage and have a passion for providing excellence in healthcare.

• Apply an evidence-based approach to manual therapy and practice contemporary styles, no alternative therapies. 

• Hold a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy or advanced qualifications, such as a Myotherapy degree. You must be  accredited with the Association of Massage Therapists and be eligible to obtain registered provider numbers so your clients can claim health fund rebates.

• We will assist you to obtain a working with children check, NDIS worker screening check, criminal record check and CPR certificate. 

• Thrive in a busy, stimulating team environment.

• Value collaboration with our high-performing team of 12 Physiotherapists, 9 Occupational Therapists, and our existing long-term team of two Remedial Massage Therapist. Are motivated to leverage the learning opportunities available within an experienced team.

• Are true team players with demonstrated collaboration skills.

The Role:

• Flexible hours from 15 to 37.5 per week to suit the right candidate.

• You primary role will be to provide remedial massage to our clients across the Central Coast region. This can be a mixture of home visits and clinic consultations. Your role will be to ease pain, improve mobility and assist clients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Our clients are focused on high quality care solutions to improve their health. Knowledge of treating older clients is beneficial, but if you are new to this area, our team is here to help you learn how to treat older clients safely in their homes.

• We have loyal patient's and a large referral base with many older Australians that want to keep moving and feeling great. This role will allow you to develop a loyal case load and this increases your earing potential.

• Our home visit services operates across the Central Coast and you will be paid for travel to clients homes and all equipment required is provided by the practice. You will also have the opportunity to see clients in our Erina Clinic.

• You will be responsible for detailed treatment notes and reports to third-party referrers and compensation bodies.

Benefits:

• Annual salary package between $70,000 and $95,000 pro rata, based on experience and qualifications. Package includes a base salary plus bonuses and entitlements

• Equipment provided, including a laptop, mobile phone, uniform, and massage tools. Team members may opt for a company car or receive a kilometre pay allowance if they take on home visits.

• Access to a professional development budget, internal and external mentoring, and a highly skilled admin team for support.
