Sales Engineer – Air Compressors & Power Generators

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to drive sales of our air compressors, power generators and related products across NSW.

You’ll be responsible for finding new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, understanding customer requirements and recommending the right equipment and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and grow existing accounts

• Generate and follow up sales opportunities

• Sell air compressors, power generators and related equipment

• Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions

• Prepare quotes & proposals

• Negotiate and close sales

• Work closely with our technical and sales teams to deliver the right solutions

• Build long-term relationships with customers

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience, ideally in industrial equipment, machinery or engineering

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Commercially driven with a focus on achieving sales targets

• Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain equipment solutions

• Self-motivated, proactive and confident dealing with customers
