DOON RAJ PTY LTD We are seeking an experienced Flooring and Carpet Installer with attention to detail to join our team at DOON RAJ PTY LTD T/A Carpet Court Belmont and Carpet Court Northam. The Floor Installer/ Finisher role involves planning, measuring, preparing, and installing a wide range of flooring materials to high standards.

Task & responsibilities Install a wide range of floor coverings, including carpet, vinyl plank, laminate, hybrid, engineered timber and other resilient flooring materials. Prepare subfloors for installation, including grinding, levelling and screeding as required.

Measure and assess areas to determine the quantities of flooring materials required for each job. Cut, fit and install stair nosings, trims, scotia and other finishing components. Sand, stain and apply finishing coatings to timber flooring where required.

Remove and dispose of existing floor coverings prior to installation when necessary. Complete all flooring work to a high standard while maintaining a clean and tidy work site. Qualification & experience Minimum 12 months of work experience in carpet laying and/or hard flooring installation.
