Executive Support and Coordination Officer
About the role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Support and Coordination Officer to provide high-quality executive support, business coordination and administrative services that enable senior leaders to focus on delivering key priorities and outcomes.
Working across teams, you will coordinate business activities, manage workflows and support the delivery of strategic and operational priorities. You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders and contribute to communications, engagement and coordination activities that support a connected, responsive and high-performing team environment.
Success in this role requires strong organisational skills, sound judgement, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to anticipating and responding to business needs.

Office of the Chief Cyber Security Officer
The Office of the Chief Cyber Security Officer provides administrative and communications support for Cyber Security NSW to enable the coordinated delivery of organisational objectives. The team ensures risk is appropriately managed through oversight of the commercial and business activities for the organisation and provides high-level executive assistance to the NSW Chief Cyber Security Officer.
ID Support NSW
ID Support NSW provides the public with remediation support to help individuals secure their identity following a compromise. ID Support NSW delivers public-facing education and awareness programs that foster privacy and identity resilience across NSW and leads the NSW Government response to data breaches.
Uplift, Advisory & Engagement
Uplift, Advisory & Engagement (UA&E) delivers operational, strategic and policy support to Cyber Security NSW and the wider NSW Government on cyber security matters. UA&E uplifts the cyber security posture through tailored advice, security assessments and other initiatives to drive a cyber-aware culture.
Cyber Security Defence & Capability
Cyber Security Defence & Capability (CDC) provides safeguarding measures to strengthen cyber security across the NSW Government. CDC delivers plans for cyber incident recovery and response, develops bespoke intelligence of the cyber landscape and issues alerts for vulnerabilities impacting systems used by NSW Government agencies.

Salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at $116,981 base plus superannuation
