CBRE is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to take responsibility for day-to-day operations across two assets in a premium Melbourne CBD precinct. This is a hands-on, ownership-focused role for an experienced FM ready to lead from the front, develop a junior team member, and deliver high standards across a varied and interesting portfolio.

This is a 5-month contract with an immediate start. CBRE has a strong pipeline of facilities management (FM) roles in Melbourne, with genuine opportunity for further work on completion.

In This Role, You Will

Manage planned and reactive maintenance programs across both assets, ensuring services are delivered safely, effectively and in line with contractual requirementsAct as the senior operational contact for tenants and stakeholders across both buildings, maintaining strong relationships and a high standard of occupier experienceLead and mentor a junior team member, supporting their day-to-day performance and professional developmentOversee building compliance, WHS obligations, risk management and statutory requirements across your portfolioDrive contractor performance across all building services, with a focus on quality, compliance and valueManage operational reporting, budgets and service delivery measures, and contribute to broader precinct initiatives

About You

You are an experienced facilities manager with a track record in commercial building operations and the confidence to take ownership of a varied portfolio. You bring strong contractor management skills, a relationship-driven approach, and a genuine interest in developing others.

Your Background May Include

Strong commercial facilities management exposureBuilding services or engineering in a complex commercial environmentTrade-based experience in a multi-tenancy or mixed-use buildingMaintenance coordination or contractor management at a senior level
