Palladium delivers large, complex donor‑funded programs across the Asia‑Pacific region and regularly engages experienced international development professionals for future technical, operational and senior leadership roles. We are particularly interested in professionals who are client‑focused, adaptable, and confident working in dynamic, cross‑cultural environments, with a strong commitment to delivering high‑quality development outcomes and impact.

About the Opportunity
We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals who can be deployed on a short-term basis to provide strategic, operational, and surge support to Palladium programs across the Asia-Pacific region. Assignments may arise during program inception, periods of rapid growth, staffing transitions, peak workloads, or other critical phases requiring additional expertise and capacity.

• Provide strategic surge support for program mobilisation, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and operational readiness.
• Provide senior leadership and oversight for complex programs, stakeholder relationships, performance management, and critical delivery challenges.
• Provide hands-on operational support across program coordination, reporting, logistics, and administrative activities to maintain efficient program delivery.

Roles may be based in-country, in Australia, or delivered remotely, depending on program requirements.

About You
To be successful, you will bring:

• Demonstrated experience working in international development across the Asia‑Pacific region, ideally within managing contractor or consulting environments
• Proven track record delivering or managing complex initiatives and coordinating effectively across multiple stakeholders, partners, and counterparts
• Strong understanding of donor‑funded programs, with experience working with DFAT, FCDO, USAID, ADB, World Bank, MFAT or similar donors highly regarded
• Ability to operate effectively in diverse, cross‑cultural and fast‑paced environments, adapting to changing contexts and priorities
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex issues and communicate them clearly to diverse audiences
• Excellent written communication skills, with experience producing high‑quality reports and briefing materials in clear, accessible language
• Clear commitment to high‑quality delivery and achieving sustainable, measurable development outcomes

This EOI is intended to build Palladium's APAC Talent Pool—a network of professionals who wish to be considered for future program and corporate opportunities across the Asia-Pacific region.
• As this is not an application for a specific vacancy, candidates may not receive an immediate response and may only be contacted if a suitable opportunity arises that aligns with their skills and experience. Inclusion in the Talent Pool does not guarantee employment or progression to the next stage of the recruitment process.
• Where a suitable opportunity is identified, selected candidates may be invited to participate in Palladium's standard recruitment and selection process, which may include interviews, reference checks, due diligence, safeguarding assessments, and other relevant background checks.
