Membership Officer - Level 3 / 4

IEUA-QNT is a union representing over 16,000 teacher, school officer and services staff members in non-government education institutions throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory.

The duties of this continuing, full-time positions include:

• Payment processing 

• Providing detailed membership advice to Members
• Data entry, review and audit to maintain the membership database

The position is based in Brisbane. 

Applicants with high level data entry, review and audit skills and experience are encouraged to apply for this position. 

Applicants should possess advanced typing skills, knowledge of Microsoft computer software packages and good organisational and communication skills.

Applicants with previous experience leading a Membership Team and high-level competency and experience in data entry, review and audit may be appointed at Level 4. 

Excellent working conditions in accordance with the IEUA-QNT Clerical Staff Collective Agreement 2024.
