Job Summary
As Regional Manager, you'll lead and inspire a portfolio of stores to deliver exceptional guest experiences, commercial results, and strong team performance. You will partner with Store Managers to drive sales growth, build engaged teams, develop future leaders, and bring the lululemon brand to life across your region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop Store Managers to achieve business and people outcomes.
Drive sales performance, profitability, and strategic growth across the region.
Build high-performing, inclusive teams and support talent attraction, succession planning, and retention.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities for leaders.
Partner with cross-functional teams on key business initiatives, store openings, and operational priorities.
Monitor regional performance metrics and implement action plans to address opportunities and risks.
Champion lululemon's culture, values, and guest experience standards across all stores.
What You'll Bring
Proven leadership experience managing multiple locations or high-performing retail teams.
Strong commercial acumen with experience driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
Exceptional people leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships across diverse teams.
Strategic thinker who can balance long-term planning with day-to-day execution.
Adaptable and comfortable leading teams through change in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years' leadership experience in retail or a related customer-focused environment.
Multi-site retail management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Working Arrangements
Remote field-based role with regular travel across the assigned region.
Ability to visit stores regularly and work flexibly to support business needs.
