What you’ll be doing

As Regional Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading, developing, and inspiring a portfolio of Ringers Western stores while playing a key role in our expansion strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting Store Managers to deliver exceptional commercial results and customer experience.

• Driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence across your region.

• Coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.

• Ensuring brand standards are executed consistently and proudly in every store.

• Partnering closely with head office on new store openings, team onboarding, and launch execution.

• Using data and insights to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.

• Building a strong, values-led culture that reflects the Ringers Western way.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Regional or Area Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.

• A strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive results through people.

• A natural leader who inspires, motivates, and holds teams accountable.

• Experience supporting multiple stores and managing large teams.

• Adaptable, hands-on, and excited by change and growth.

• Passion for building brands, teams, and long-term success.
