● Observant and has excellent attention to detail
● Reliable, organised and able to work independently
● Comfortable using technology to complete reports and take photographs
● Confident communicating with customers
● Professional and well presented
● Willing to learn and develop their building inspection knowledge
● Able to identify problems and think practically about their cause and significance

● Training in building and property inspections for the right applicant
● The opportunity to use your existing trade knowledge while developing a broader skill set
● Independent work without being stuck on the same job site every day
● A friendly, supportive working environment
● Opportunity to grow with the business
If you’re an experienced tradesperson or have some trade background without qualification and are looking for a change, or you’re interested in moving away from being purely on the tools while still putting your practical knowledge to good use, we’d love to hear from you.
