G.James Windows & Doors, based in Riverview, manufactures, supplies and installs a wide range of aluminium windows and doors for the residential and commercial construction markets.

We are currently seeking a motivated Installation Coordinator to join our team. Working alongside a supportive and collaborative group, this role is responsible for coordinating labour and scheduling installations to align with factory capacity while ensuring customer requirements are met.

The Role

Plan, schedule and coordinate installation and service teams to deliver work on time and to Australian StandardsLiaise closely with production and factory teams to ensure jobs are delivered in full and on scheduleMaintain and update installation schedules in line with customer requirements and operational prioritiesCommunicate proactively with customers to manage expectations and installation timeframesDrive quality outcomes, minimising rework and maximising customer satisfactionSupport team performance, safety and efficiency in line with company policies and procedures

About You

Experience in windows, construction, manufacturing or service-based industries (preferred)Strong administrative and customer service skillsConfident using computer systems and able to learn new platforms quicklyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalHigh attention to detail, with strong time management and problem-solving abilitiesProactive, organised and confident taking ownership of your rolePassion for delivering great customer outcomes and building strong relationships
