We're looking for a proactive, organised, and solutions-focused Installations Coordinator to join our team. This is a pivotal role within our business, coordinating the journey from check measure to installation while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

 🎯 About the Role

As our Installations Coordinator, you'll be the key link between our customers, supervisors, installers, and office team.

 Your responsibilities will include:

•  Scheduling and coordinating installation appointments

• Booking and managing check measures

• Liaising with building supervisors and installers

• Communicating with customers and keeping them updated

• Managing and updating job information within SM8

• Monitoring installation schedules and resolving scheduling challenges

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

• Providing administrative and operational support across the business

• Assisting wherever needed as part of our close-knit team

 ⭐ About You

To succeed in this role, you'll be someone who enjoys a challenge, can think on your feet, and remains calm when priorities change.

 You'll have:

• Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or coordination

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving

• The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

• Confidence working independently and as part of a small team

• Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office

• Experience using SM8 (highly regarded)
