We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service / Allocator & Rostering Agent to join our high-performing team in Eagle Farm.

This hybrid position combines customer service, allocation, and rostering

About the Role
As a key member of the operations and customer service team, you’ll coordinate daily
rosters and driver allocations, manage customer delivery schedules, and ensure smooth communication between drivers, warehouse teams, and customers.

This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay
calm under pressure while balancing multiple priorities.

You’ll be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring
operations run efficiently and customers receive exceptional service.

The shift available for this position is from 5:00AM - 1:00PM Monday- Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate driver and vehicle allocations and maintain accurate rosters.
  Manage daily delivery schedules, making real-time adjustments for delays or urgent requests.
• Communicate clearly with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure
  seamless coordination.
• Monitor driver hours, fatigue, and breaks to meet NHVR and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate updates on deliveries and
  ETAs.
• Record and analyse operational performance, delivery times, and resource
  utilisation.
• Support compliance and reporting activities aligned with WHS, CoR, and company
  policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain a strong, team-based culture.
• Perform ad-hoc operational support with customers (HR / HC Truck duties).
  

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in customer service, allocation, rostering, or administration
  (aviation, logistics, or transport industry preferred).
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with rostering or logistics software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of CoR, HVNL, and WHS standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts (early starts or late finishes).
• Eligibility to obtain a Federal Police Check and ASIC.
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and team-first mindset.

Highly Regarded:

• HR / HC Truck Licence
• Certificate III (or higher) in Transport & Logistics.
• Chain of Responsibility and/or Dangerous Goods awareness training.
• RACA or AACA accreditation.
