Commercial Property Manager

This role focuses on representing our business to stakeholders and fostering strong, lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties.

• Serve as the primary liaison between landlords and tenants.

• Lease negotiations, renewals and rent reviews

• Oversee rental arrears and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Prepare and manage budgets, reporting regularly on financial performance

• CAPEX budgets.

• Conduct property inspections 

• Supervise lease administration

• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and compliance 

• Provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in Commercial Property Management.

• Agent's Representative Certificate or Full Agent's License.

• Strong understanding of property law, lease agreements, and compliance

• Familiarity with Cirrus 8 software (preferred but not essential).

• Strong financial reporting skills, including accrual accounting knowledge.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Friendly and approachable demeanour with a focus on relationship building.

• Highly organized with a professional presentation and keen attention to detail.

• Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is advantageous.
