Estimator & Project Coordinator
Part-time / Casual — Torrensville, Adelaide

ASPEX Stone is looking for an organised, commercially minded person to help keep our projects moving — from plans and pricing through to production and installation.

The Role

• Prepare accurate project estimates and quotations

• Review plans, measurements, specifications and material requirements

• Coordinate jobs from quote acceptance through to production and installation

• Follow up suppliers, material pricing and coordinate check measures and project scheduling

• Liaise with clients, builders, designers, suppliers and the ASPEX team

• Keep project documentation, timelines and outstanding actions organised
  
  

You’ll suit ASPEX if you

• Are highly organised, proactive and strong on the details

• Are confident with numbers, plans and managing multiple priorities

• Communicate professionally and enjoy working with clients and trades

• Take ownership and follow things through rather than waiting to be told

• Value quality, craftsmanship and doing things properly

• Work well in a small, close-knit team

Experience in stone, construction, joinery, cabinetry, interiors or a related industry will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
