Who can join the Partnership Pipeline?
This expression of interest is open to audiology professionals who have:Successfully completed our Clinical Standard Assessment and Partner Assessment (a strengths-based interview designed to assess partnership potential)
As a Partnership Pipeline candidate, you will:
Stay connected to upcoming Specsavers Audiology partnership opportunities.Be considered for acting partner roles and employment as positions emerge.Gain early access to insights and updates on new store openings and market availability.
Requirements for our Partner pipeline candidates:
Hold or be eligible to hold a qualified practitioner number as a full member of the appropriate professional body (Audiology Australia or The Hearing Aid Audiometrist Society of Australia or The Australian College of Audiology).Two years clinical experience post obtaining QP.A high level of interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships.Ability to lead and work collaboratively to achieve desired business outcomes.And finally, you must want to challenge and help shape the industry for the better, with a formula based on clinical excellence, open and transparent pricing, and excellent products at value-for-money pricing.
