Customer Service Technician – Multifunction Devices

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic and experienced technician to join our Perth Field Service team. You will work directly with our clients both servicing and repairing existing and installing new Toshiba MFD’s.  

Duties 

• Perform preventative maintenance on our products in the field.

• Diagnose faults and perform repairs to our products in the field.

• Provide an exceptional level of customer service. 

• Monitoring and managing in field stock levels and recourses.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in service & repair of a wide range of multifunction devices and printers.

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with a proven ability in resolving issues with multifunction devices and printers.

• The ability to provide ongoing client training and support.

• Above average verbal communication skills and the desire to build relationships with clients. 

• The ability to work both independently and as a member of a team while being predominantly on the road.

You must hold a Full Driver's License and the successful candidate will require a National Police Certificate (Police Check) & Work with Children Certificate.
