The Role We are looking for a casual Dental Assistant to join our dental team in Elizabeth where you will provide exceptional patient care and chairside dental assistance in a variety of dental procedures.  This is a busy, fast-paced role where you will be given the opportunity to further develop your dental knowledge and skills by our supportive team.  The main responsibilities in this role are:Providing all aspects of chairside dental assistance to our DentistsDelivering exceptional dental care and excellent customer serviceInstrument reprocessing and sterilisation proceduresAdvising patients of careFostering professional working relationships with team members, patients and medical staffMaintaining compliance with organisational policies and proceduresAnswering telephone calls and enquiriesBooking in patientsAdministration support To make our shortlist you will:Have previous chairside dental experiencePossess excellent communication skillsDemonstrate a positive, can-do attitudeBe comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentHave a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detailPossess a Cert III in Dental Assisting and/or have three or more years’ dental assisting experienceBenefits of joining the Primary Dental team include:Thorough training and ongoing career development opportunitiesFriendly and supportive dental and management teamTeam incentivesUniforms providedEvidence of immunisations (including COVID-19) will be required prior to commencement.
