Wellbeing Assistant

Front of house, retail, apothecary and studios. One floor, one role.

You are good with people and good with detail. This job needs both.

The role

Vitality House is a wellbeing hub in West Leederville - acupuncture, saunas, studios, apothecary and retail, with a member community that keeps coming back.

You will help run the day to day of our Wellbeing Level. You are the first person members and guests see, and the one keeping the floor running behind the scenes.

A shift covers a lot. Welcoming members and guests, taking bookings, turning treatment rooms over, mixing and labelling Blue Rosa product, talking people through the range, processing orders, restocking the apothecary, capturing content for social.

Every day is different and you will be on your feet. If you like variety and you like people, this is the job for you!

What you will do

• Front of house - Greet members, guests and class attendees, manage bookings and check-ins, run tea and beverage service in the wellbeing lounge, keep the lounge presented, turn rooms over, handle the reception inbox and phone.

• Bookings and membership (Momence) - Manage class check-ins, track attendance and cancellations, answer member questions.

• Retail and ecommerce (Shopify) - Process in-store and online sales, keep inventory accurate, maintain displays, help members understand the range.

• Apothecary - Unpack and organise stock, mix and label Blue Rosa products.

• Studios - Set up and pack down for classes and events, keep gym areas and equipment clean, refresh towels.

• Content - Create content for social, the website and newsletters, and capture visuals of the products and the space.

We run proper systems and set routines for opening, closing and room turnover. You will be trained on all of it.

Who we are looking for

Warm with people, and you mean it. You notice when someone needs a hand before they ask, and you help rather than sell.

Thorough. You get a booking, a stock count or a room turnover right the first time. You move quickly without getting sloppy.

A team person. You take the systems seriously, you ask when you are not sure, and you pull your weight.

Interested enough in wellbeing to talk about the products credibly.

Experience that helps

• A customer-facing background in reception, hospitality, retail or wellness

• Booking or scheduling systems (Momence, Mindbody or similar)

• Shopify or other ecommerce - processing sales, updating stock

• Social media and content capture, including short-form video

• Yoga, Pilates or fitness qualifications

• Asana or a similar task platform

Two of these beats none. Attitude matters more than the list.
