About the role

Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, you will coordinate, design, deliver and review learning and development activities across PWDA. This includes managing Go1, creating accessible online learning, facilitating training and supporting learning administration.

What you’ll do

• Manage PWDA’s Go1 learning platform, including courses, enrolments, records and reporting.
• Create and maintain accessible online learning modules, guides and digital resources.
• Deliver engaging training in person, online and through blended formats.
• Coordinate induction, mandatory training and professional development activities.
• Work with managers and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and improve learning outcomes.

What you’ll bring

• Experience administering Go1 or a comparable Learning Management System.
• Experience developing online learning modules and digital learning content.
• Experience delivering accessible and engaging training to adult learners.
• Strong digital literacy, communication, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Desirable: lived or family experience with disability, a relevant qualification, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or experience in the not-for-profit, disability, community services or health sectors.
