About the Team 

The role sits within the Research Translation and Impact unit in the Research Office and supports research translation and impact across the university through coordinated pathways, advisory support and specialist management. 

Role Responsibilities

•  Lead and coordinate the day to day activities of the research translation team and support consistent and proactive service delivery.

Skills, Attributes and Knowledge 

• Expertise in research translation, knowledge exchange and intellectual property in a research environment. 
• Ability to provide advice and guidance to researchers across disciplines and career stages.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and integrate multiple perspectives. 
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence outcomes.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with ability to apply policies and frameworks. 
• Knowledge of research translation pathways, policies and the higher education environment. 

What We Offer 

Base Salary Range: $143,080 - $149,894 (HEW9) plus 17% superannuation (pension) 

The position is full time and will be made on a continuing basis.
