Pilates Reformer, Barre Instructors & Personal Trainers

We’re seeking skilled and caring Instructors across fitness, reformer pilates & barre to join our team at BUMP. This contractor role is a fantastic opportunity to bring your specialty into a supportive and uplifting women’s health community.

About the Role

• Group Classes: Deliver motivating and engaging sessions (fitness, Pilates, barre or yoga – depending on your specialty) following BUMP guidelines.
• Personalised Support: Tailor exercises and modifications to suit all fitness levels and stages of life.
• Member Experience: Provide outstanding service and help create a welcoming, safe space.
• Professional Growth: Maintain your qualifications and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Specialised Training Provided: Pre & post-natal training provided

What You’ll Bring

• Relevant qualifications in your specialty:
• Fitness Instructors: Cert III/IV in Fitness (Bachelor’s in Exercise Science highly regarded).
• Pilates/Barre Instructors: Accredited training in Pilates (reformer), barre or related practices.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong knowledge of safe movement and anatomy.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for women’s health.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Positive, energetic and professional attitude.

Pay: $45.00 – $65.00 per hour
