Office Admin (Project Support)

The Human Network is a friendly and supportive workplace, ideally located within central Gosford in a modern and brand-new office space. Just a 5-minute walk to Gosford station and surrounded by a variety of restaurants and cafes. 

We are experiencing rapid growth within the business and are looking for a Project Support person to commence as soon as possible at a full-time capacity.

For more than 20 years, we have specialised in finding the ideal people to participate in paid market research projects – including focus groups, interviews, taste tests and more. Project support is an entry-level administrative role that assists in liaising closely with top-tier clients and brands to ensure their research projects are running seamlessly and successfully. As this is an entry-level role, there is room for growth, and it is the pathway to Project Management of Market Research projects. 

Job tasks and responsibilities:

• General administrative tasks to support your team

• Engaging in recruitment calls (no cold calling)

• Responding to general business queries via phone and email

• Reading and interpreting data sets

• Liaising with clients and respondents

• Database management
   

Skills and experience:

• A basic/intermediate understanding of Excel

• Problem-solving with a positive attitude

• Proactive

• Detail-focused

• Up for a challenge

• Willing to learn new skills

• Can work both autonomously and within a team environment

• Customer service experience is highly regarded
