About the position
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Providing exceptional phone-based customer support to ensure our customers are getting the service they require.Coordinating site visits, service calls and installation workCustomer disputes & resolutions management Preparing invoices & billing documentation Monitoring and managing multiple email inboxesInvestigating problems and resolving them promptly
About You:Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience working in a service delivery department. Experience in providing basic support over the phone.Strong communication & interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

The Service Delivery Team effectively manages and coordinates all activities relating to our customers. The day-to-day focusses of this role will be to provide friendly and professional phone-based support to our internal teams and of course our customers.
