About the RoleWe're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Fundraising, Grants and Community Partnerships Manager to lead the development and delivery of Murray House's fundraising, grants and community engagement strategy.Reporting to the CEO, you'll play a key role in strengthening our financial sustainability — identifying and securing external funding to support capital replacement, resident wellbeing initiatives and strategic growth, while reducing our reliance on operational revenue and resident fees.This is a genuine opportunity to build something from the ground up: a fundraising strategy, a donor database, and a long-term bequest program, all while representing Murray House across the local community.
RequirementsDemonstrated experience in grant writing, fundraising, business development or community engagementA track record of securing external funding through grants, sponsorships or fundraising activitiesExcellent written communication and report-writing skillsStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and competing priorities independentlyA relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, Community Development, Fundraising or a related field
