Are you ready to take the next step in your property career? We are seeking to appoint a Property Manager to be based at our Geelong office, servicing our Ballarat client portfolio on a full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Commercial Property Manager or an aspiring Residential Property Manager looking to transition into commercial property management. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement of two days based in Geelong and three days in Ballarat.

What You’ll Be Doing

Be the first point of contact for tenant enquiries and assist in resolving day-to-day issues.Maintain lease administration, financial procedures, and reporting standards.Manage rental collections, outgoings, and recoverable costs with a strong focus on arrears control.Collaborate with Property Managers to prepare annual operating budgets.Process invoices, raise work orders, and manage debtors efficiently.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

3+ years’ experience in a similar role within commercial, retail, industrial or residential property.Certificate of completion CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
