Job Description

Colliers, a leading commercial property expert in Australia, is seeking a full-time Commercial Property Manager for their Ballarat office. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team specialising in sales, leasing, and property management across Western Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, maintain and grow the Ballarat Commercial Property PortfolioHandle lease administration, including expiries, renewals, and rent reviewsConduct routine property inspectionsOversee accounts administration, including rental receipts and paymentsCoordinate maintenance and obtain quotes as neededCommunicate effectively with landlords and tenants

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate:

Positive, proactive attitude with exceptional communication skillsStrong time management and multitasking abilitiesHigh attention to detail and problem-solving skillsIT proficiency with ability to quickly learn complex programsAuthentic personality with a "can-do" approach

Qualifications:

Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)Experience in commercial or B2B sales is advantageous but not required
