Senior Property Manager

Ray White Sutherland Shire has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join our award-winning office in Sylvania.

 About the role:

 This is a varied role working in our modern, friendly office in Sylvania.

· Full-time position – Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday if required.

· Handling property / tenant enquiries via phone calls and emails

· Conduct open for inspections, private inspections, and routine inspections if required.

· Entry reports and exit/bond inspections

· Process tenancy applications and conduct reference checks

· Prepare lease documentation

· Organise repairs and maintenance

· Bill paying and owner payments will be handled by our Office Manager.

· You will enjoy being part of a close-knit team

· This is a busy position managing our property portfolio and reporting to the Director

 The requirements of this role include:

 · Previous real estate experience.

· Knowledge of recent Property Management software products.

· On-the-job training will also be provided for our PM software products.

· Must have a current Real Estate Licence (Class 1 or 2).

· Current driver’s licence and own reliable car

· Reliability, time efficiency and attention to detail a must

· Friendly, positive attitude and outstanding customer service is required

· Be well groomed with immaculate presentation

· Excellent communication skills

· Able to work effectively and independently

· This position would be ideal for a Sutherland Shire resident

 We are offering an attractive salary package of $100,000 to $110,000 per year (which includes salary, car allowance and superannuation) plus bonuses.
