Senior Property Manager

What we are looking for:

We are now searching for a senior property manager to join our team and help everyday people achieve their property investment goals. Our smaller portfolio enables us to provide an elite level of service to our landlords and tenants and we hope you are the right person to continue this great level of service. The ideal candidate will be someone with a true passion for property, who has meticulous attention to detail and is an exceptional communicator.

As this role requires previous experience in property management, applicants must currently hold a real estate registration certificate or have previously held one (in the last 3 years) and are looking for a change or to re-enter the industry. 

 What we are offering:

• Salary dependent on experience ranging from $82,500 - $87,500 plus superannuation plus bonuses plus car allowance.

• No weekend work required.

• In house support from the directors.

Property Manager core responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with landlords and tenants

• Performing periodic inspections

• Overseeing rental arrears control

• Conduct Entry Reports and Exit Reports to detail

• Attending to tribunal applications and hearings when required

• Liaising on insurance matters when required

• Performing rental application reviews and sign up processes to suitable tenants

• Managing repairs and maintenance of rental properties

• Invoicing pertaining to your portfolio

• Preparing lease agreements

• Conducting general administrative duties required for the role

• Limited admin work required 

• Liaising with property owners 

• Court and document preparation and attendance where required

The person:

• Previous experience as a property manager

• Highly organised with great attention to detail

• Exceptional communication skills

• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills

• Team oriented with the ability to work autonomously

• Understands the value in personal development and aspires to grow both personally and professionally

• Reliable, punctual and mature minded

• Enthusiastic and self-motivated, always looking to work efficiently and effectively
