Your opportunity

As a Massage Therapist, you’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary Allied Health team, delivering person-centred assessments, treatments and education across our Wellness Centres and clients’ homes.

Through tailored therapeutic interventions and self-management support, you’ll help clients improve their mobility, independence and overall wellbeing

You’ll make an impact by

• Delivering remedial massage assessments and treatments that support clients’ wellbeing, mobility and independence.
• Providing education and self-management strategies that help clients and carers achieve their health goals.
• Working collaboratively with Allied Health professionals to deliver holistic, person-centred care.
• Contributing to health promotion initiatives and service improvements that enhance client outcomes
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation to support high-quality service delivery

What you’ll bring

To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:

• Registration with a recognised professional association such as Massage & Myotherapy Australia, Association of Massage Therapists or Myotherapy Association Australia.
• A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
• A current driver’s licence and the ability to travel between client locations.

We would also love you to bring the following skills:

• Experience delivering remedial massage therapy within a health, community or aged care setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A commitment to person-centred care and positive client outcomes.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to continuous learning and professional development
