Residential Property Managers

Ray White Launceston and Ray White Commercial Tasmania (RWC Tasmania) are opening in the Launceston CBD. Providing a full suite of real estate services, we are looking for additional professionals to join our team.

RWC and Ray White have an unsurpassed reputation in the residential and commercial property real estate in Australia, specialising in property sales, leasing and property management.

Ray White Hobart and RWC Tasmania opened in Hobart early 2025 and have quickly grown to a team of 24 professionals that pride themselves on their ability to develop bespoke marketing campaigns for all properties, including project marketing and asset management.

In order to offer a statewide service, it is now time to open an office in Launceston. Importantly, Launceston will be serviced by locals, Launceston residents.

We are looking to recruit proven property managers to provide unparalleled service to landlords and tenants.

Successful candidates will have a passion for property and the flexibility to be both a property manager and a BDM. Your will be a calm, clear communicator with high standards and unwavering honesty, integrity and professionalism.

You will take ownership of your portfolio and help us grow it over time by service quality, retention and new business contribution. You will be confident utilising Property Me property management software and will be part of a Team of industry leading professionals with significant experience managing residential properties for a diverse client base.
