Commercial Sales and Leasing Agents

Ray White Launceston and Ray White Commercial Tasmania (RWC Tasmania) are opening in the Launceston CBD. Providing a full suite of real estate services, we are looking for additional professionals to join our team.

RWC and Ray White have an unsurpassed reputation in the residential and commercial property real estate in Australia, specialising in property sales, leasing and property management.

Ray White Hobart and RWC Tasmania opened in Hobart early 2025 and have quickly grown to a team of 24 professionals that pride themselves on their ability to develop bespoke marketing campaigns for all properties, including project marketing and asset management.

In order to offer a statewide service, it is now time to open an office in Launceston. Importantly, Launceston will be serviced by locals, Launceston residents.

 In Launceston we are looking to recruit commercial sales and leasing agents with specialisations in either industrial, retail, office or hospitality and tourism.

Successful candidates will have strong relationships with vendors and purchasers, be well equipped to negotiate and close sales, be ethical and follow all business policies and procedures, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire prospecting, listing and sales and leasing process.

You will be a proven experienced sales and leasing agent with a “can do” attitude, the ability to problem solve and have a broad business network. Your unwavering honesty, integrity and professionalism are the cornerstone to your strong negotiation and communication skills. You will be a positive contributor to the Team’s constructive culture, have the ability to work independently and as part of a Team, and hold a valid Tasmanian property representative licence.
