Restaurant Supervisor

The Role

We are looking for a switched on and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to work at our Hurricane’s Grill & Bar at Top Ryde.

Key Responsibilities:

· Work in conjunction with the Restaurant Manager ensuring adequate resources are available.

· Adopt a sound knowledge of all menu items, products, and merchandise and upsell to maximize sales.

· Appropriately handle any enquiries, conflict, and complaints.

· Manage staff performance.

· Opening and closing of the restaurant

· Cash management, ensuring tills balance at the end of each shift

Skills & Experience:

· Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.

· Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

· Demonstrated ability to train, educate, and motivate staff.

· Strong leadership and performance management skills.

Please note that you will be required to work a mixture of weekdays ,weekends & Public Holidays.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
