MPH Lawyers is an established Perth corporate and commercial firm with deep roots in this city since 1990. We act for ASX-listed companies, public unlisted entities and private clients on work that is genuinely interesting and genuinely high stakes. Our property and commercial team is busy, growing, and looking for a senior lawyer ready to take ownership.
This is not a seat-warming role. From day one you will run your own matters, manage your own client relationships, and have a direct line to the directors rather than three layers between you and a decision.

What you will be doingWorking across the full breadth of property and general commercial law, including:Drafting and negotiating contracts for the sale of landDrafting and negotiating leases and advising on all leasing mattersRunning sales and acquisitions from due diligence through negotiation to completionAdvising on property development, and matters under the Strata Titles Act, Duties Act, Contaminated Sites Act and Personal Property Securities ActHandling land title and land use issues, including drafting and registering easements and restrictive covenantsDrafting general commercial contracts, including sale of business, sale of shares, finance and securities documentsMentoring and supervising junior lawyers and supporting the wider teamManaging your own client files and delivering clear, commercial, practical advice
What we are looking forMinimum 5 years post-admission experience in property and general commercial law. This is the floor. You need to be someone we can confidently leave to run their own matters.Sharp analytical, research and drafting skillsExcellent communication and the ability to build trust with clientsComfortable juggling competing priorities, working independently and as part of a teamHigh standards, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver quality advice under pressureConfidence supervising and mentoring more junior lawyersHands-on experience with PEXA and Revenue Online
