Hematology/Oncology Manager

Quick job details:

• Setting: Outpatient Hematology/Oncology clinic
• Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and 2+ years management experience in a hematology/oncology or related clinical setting, 5+ years medical office management experience with staff supervision preferred, strong knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and compliance regulations, excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to delegate and manage staff workflows, experience overseeing clinical operations including infusion services and care coordination, experience with clinical trials coordination preferred, strong leadership, judgment, and confidentiality standards
