Job Summary:

We are seeking a Qualified Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team in Norwood. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent technical skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles, ensuring they run smoothly and safely. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide accurate reports

• Carry out tyre fitting, balancing, alignment, and related services

• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard within industry timeframes

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and procedures

• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical and electrical faults

• Communicate effectively with customers about vehicle issues and repair timelines

• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring proper use of tools and equipment

Qualifications & Skills:

• Trade qualification as an Automotive Technician (Light Vehicle Mechanic or equivalent)

• Experience working in a similar role within the automotive industry

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A current driver’s licence

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Knowledge of tyre fitting, balancing, and wheel alignment is highly desirable

• Ability to stay updated on industry trends and new technologies
