Associate Dentist | Busy Books, Mentorship & Country Lifestyle | Only 1 hour from Canberra and 2 hours from Sydney | No Weekends

Are you an experienced general dentist ready to escape the corporate grind, step into a high-earning regional practice, and upskill into advanced dentistry in a supportive environment?

We are a busy, patient-centric clinic in the friendly town of Goulburn, looking for a clinically capable clinician. If you have your "bread and butter" routine down but want the mentorship and technology to step up into advanced procedures (implants, rehabs, aligners), this is your ideal next move.

The Opportunity

• Schedule: 2–3 days per week (8:00 am – 5:00 pm), taking over an existing clinician's busy books. Flexibility to accomodate 4–5 days. Days are flexible; you will be stepping directly into an existing clinician's busy books.

• The Base: A loyal, down-to-earth rural demographic who value honest, transparent communication and appreciate the time and care you give out.

• Experience: 2+ years independent clinical experience preferred. We are looking for someone who wants to learn and grow more as a clinician, and is comfortable handling a full book of bread and butter dentistry. 

• Country life within close proximity to cities: Imagine a commute no more than 10 minutes long! With affordable rent and house prices relative to elsewhere in NSW as well!

What We Offer

• High Earning Potential: Sliding scale commission up to 43%. Confident general dentists can comfortably expect standard production of $4,000–$5,000+ per day, more if doing more complex treatments and cases. Retainer option negotiable.

• True Clinical Mentorship: Learn directly from principals extensively trained in implants, full-mouth rehabs, and ortho. We will actively invest time into elevating your skillset in a consistent and regular manner. We are always happy to teach, guide and debrief and are very passionate about doing dentistry well!

• No Corporate KPIs: We focus on patient care and clinical excellence; the numbers follow naturally.

• Advanced Tech & Support: Work with a high-functioning and supportive team (including a dedicated floating nurse) in a clinic fully equipped with CBCT, Medit Scanner, SprintRay 3D Printer, Pioon Laser, and EMS Airflow, Prepstarts and Microetchers.

About You

• Clinically Capable: Confident in your ability to provide everyday general dentistry, from fillings to single crowns and basic root canals, to extractions.  

• Growth-Oriented: Eager to learn, and improve your level of dental care in both clinical care and patient management. Loves a challenge and understands that growth is not possible without it!

• Relationship Builder: Excellent communication skills with a country demographic that values authenticity, mutual respect and consistency. 

• Team Player: Able to work with others well, and receptive to receiving and giving supportive feedback.
