PARKER HANNIFIN currently has a position available for a Service Centre Assistant at our ENZED Store in Coopers Plains.

Reporting to the ENZED Service Centre Manager, you will have the opportunity to become multi-skilled in various aspects of the business to support our growing number of customers.

About the role

Reporting to the ENZED Service Centre Manager, this role offers the opportunity to become multi-skilled across several areas of the business while supporting our growing customer base. You will be involved in customer service, warehouse coordination, stock control, and supporting our Hose Doctor field service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating customer requirements and Hose Doctor field service activities

• Providing direct in-store customer service and support

• Coordinating and completing daily warehouse work orders

• Assisting with stock control and inventory management

• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the service centre

• Working safely and efficiently in a hands-on service environment

About you

Qualifications, Education and Skills

• Good communication and customer service skills

• A mechanically minded approach

• The ability to work with minimal supervision

• Basic Microsoft Office skills

• A current driver's licence

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Forklift licence - training can be provided if required (preferred)

Experience

Previous customer service experience (preferred)
